Shipping Rules & Obligations
We do ship some small items to a PO Box in the USA, if you provide a PO Box, please also provide a street address as well.

All orders made will ship to the billing address of the credit card used for payment. To use any other shipping address provided on your order other than the billing address, that other address must be pre-approved.

If PayPal is used to pay for an order, we can only ship that order to the confirmed address provided with the PayPal payment.

Local delivery is available in all of Morrow County Ohio, and surrounding counties including Crawford, Marion, Delaware, & Knox counties. Please contact us for details.
Return Policy
Our return policy of the following stipulations:
1. Any product that is ordered and shipped can be charged a 10% restocking fee minus any & all shipping cost if item is returned for any reason. All shipping charges are non-refundable if item has shipped. For items that are free shipping, we will not
charge you any shipping charges.
2. All returns will require an RA# for return.
3. All returns must be pre-approved or they will not be accepted.
4. Please call 1-419-947-6955 x1 to get an RA# for your return.
Exchange Policy
1. We do not charge a restocking fee if an item is going to be exchanged.
2. If your exchange is not due to our error, shipping charges will apply.
