WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
We have a return policy of the following stipulations:
1. Any product that is ordered and shipped can be charged a 10% restocking fee minus any & all shipping cost if item is returned for any reason. All shipping charges are non-refundable if item has shipped.
For items that are free shipping, we will not charge you any shipping charges.
2. All returns will require an RA# for return.
3. All returns must be pre-approved or they will not be accepted.
4. Please call 1-419-947-6955 x1 to get an RA# for your return.
HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO GET MY ORDER?
We process all orders in the order they where received. With todays shipping time fluctuation we can not give you an exact answer.
